Our Exterior Only service ($8/window) includes outside glass cleaned, light frame wiping, and sill cleaning. Our Complete Service ($12/window) includes interior & exterior glass, sills cleaned, tracks cleaned and vacuumed, and light frame wiping. Screen Cleaning ($8/screen) is available as an add-on and includes window screens scrubbed and rinsed with light frame wiping.
All first-floor windows are priced at $8 for exterior-only cleaning or $12 for complete interior and exterior service. There are two exceptions: windows taller than 6 feet count as 2 windows due to the extra work involved, and French door windows are $3 per pane for exterior-only or $5 per pane for complete interior and exterior service. Screens are $8 each if you'd like those cleaned as well.
A window is defined as any pane with a frame around it. Each framed section counts as one window, regardless of size. The only exception is windows taller than 6 feet, which count as 2 windows due to the extra work involved.
No, we service first floor and ground-level windows only. Windows must be less than 10 feet high off the ground. This allows us to provide the safest, most thorough cleaning without the need for ladders or specialized equipment.
We accept cash and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service.
For exterior-only service, you do not need to be home. For complete service (interior and exterior), someone will need to be home to provide access to the interior of your home.
Yes, please move any furniture, plants, or decor away from windows before we arrive. This allows us to work efficiently and prevents accidental damage to your belongings. For heavier items, we're happy to assist.
For window cleaning, we bring our own water. However, if you would like your screens cleaned, we will need access to an outdoor water spigot.
